No Show Policy
At Cincinnati Vision Group, we value our patients' time and our doctors' schedules. We understand that sometimes things come up, but when patients miss their appointments without giving us a heads-up, it disrupts the flow of our office.
Therefore, we are implementing a $25 no-show fee for appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours. We hope that this small fee will encourage our patients to let us know if they cannot make it to their appointment, so we can offer that time slot to someone else who needs it.
