Meet Ellie, our dedicated Chief Operating Officer who has been a key part of our optometry practice for the past eight years. She started as an Optometric Technician right after high school and worked her way up to this position. With a passion for eye care and a knack for leadership, Ellie ensures the practices run smoothly and efficiently while consistently delivering high-quality patient care. She is not only passionate about eye care but also has a keen interest in marketing and social media to ensure our practice stays connected and engaged with our community. Meet Alexis, our Regional Manager/Community Outreach Liaison. With her prior experience in customer service and management, Alexis was eager to leverage her expertise in a new career opportunity. She has been an integral part of our practice for three years, initially starting as an Optometric Technician. Alexis values the educational opportunities related to eye health that her current role offers. Alexis has always been dedicated to assisting others, and her position allows her to engage with patients personally. She is committed to ensuring that each patient has an exceptional experience and finds fulfillment in providing personalized assistance with contact lens trainings and expanding her knowledge of scleral lenses. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in outdoor activities, and honing her photography skills.

Meet Lilly, the Office Manager at our Eastgate location. Before stepping into management, Lilly worked as an optometric technician for four years, developing a strong foundation in the day-to-day workings of patient care and clinical operations. Her interest in eye health began at a young age when she started wearing glasses and found herself fascinated by why she couldn’t see clearly. That curiosity turned into a lifelong interest in the science of vision, and today, she continues to expand her knowledge—especially when it comes to learning about new ocular diseases and advancements in optometry. Lilly is known for her approachable leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to creating a welcoming, efficient environment for both patients and staff. She’s proud to be part of the Eastgate team and is passionate about helping patients feel informed, cared for, and confident in their eye health. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys a well-balanced lifestyle filled with creativity and the outdoors. She loves attending live music events, hiking, fishing, gardening, and is always working to perfect her sourdough bread baking skills.

Jami Teal
Jami brings more than twenty years of managerial experience to Cincinnati Vision Group. After having studied abroad in Germany, she launched her storied career as a multi-lingual intern for the Walt Disney Company while still studying political science at the University of Wisconsin. Jami first broke into healthcare working in medical systems IT before discovering she had a particular acumen for patient care. She has experience with a wide array of medical specialties including orthopedics, oncology/hematology, and family medicine, along with seven years experience in vision care including both ophthalmology and optometry. With personal core values of integrity, honesty, empathy and respect inspired by her background working with a diverse variety of cultures and backgrounds, Jami proudly leads her team to the highest levels of patient care achievable.
