Meet Lilly, the Office Manager at our Eastgate location. Before stepping into management, Lilly worked as an optometric technician for four years, developing a strong foundation in the day-to-day workings of patient care and clinical operations. Her interest in eye health began at a young age when she started wearing glasses and found herself fascinated by why she couldn’t see clearly. That curiosity turned into a lifelong interest in the science of vision, and today, she continues to expand her knowledge—especially when it comes to learning about new ocular diseases and advancements in optometry. Lilly is known for her approachable leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to creating a welcoming, efficient environment for both patients and staff. She’s proud to be part of the Eastgate team and is passionate about helping patients feel informed, cared for, and confident in their eye health. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys a well-balanced lifestyle filled with creativity and the outdoors. She loves attending live music events, hiking, fishing, gardening, and is always working to perfect her sourdough bread baking skills.

Transitioning from a technician role after relocating from Florida, she has demonstrated progressive advancement to her current leadership position. Jenniffer maintains a keen focus on technological advancements within the field, contributing to the practice's patient-centric philosophy. Her dedication to ensuring optimal patient care and prioritizing individual needs is paramount. In her personal time, Jenniffer enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and their dog.

Jane is a dedicated Billing Specialist with 3 years of experience in healthcare billing, specializing in Optometry. At Cincinnati Vision Group she manages patient accounts, processes insurance claims, and ensures accurate billing for a wide range of eye care services, from routine eye exams to specialized treatments. With a strong understanding of insurance protocols, CPT/ICD coding, and medical billing software, Jane ensures that every claim is processed efficiently, minimizing errors and maximizing reimbursement. Jane is committed to maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing any billing inquires promptly and professionally. When not at work, Jane enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Jami brings more than twenty years of managerial experience to Cincinnati Vision Group. After having studied abroad in Germany, she launched her storied career as a multi-lingual intern for the Walt Disney Company while still studying political science at the University of Wisconsin. Jami first broke into healthcare working in medical systems IT before discovering she had a particular acumen for patient care. She has experience with a wide array of medical specialties including orthopedics, oncology/hematology, and family medicine, along with seven years experience in vision care including both ophthalmology and optometry. With personal core values of integrity, honesty, empathy and respect inspired by her background working with a diverse variety of cultures and backgrounds, Jami proudly leads her team to the highest levels of patient care achievable.
