Our Contact Lens Return Policy

If your order was shipped directly to you:

• Lenses can be returned within 365 days of purchase

• Must be unopened, unmarked, free of stickers, and not expired

If your order was shipped to our office:

• Lenses can be returned within 90 days of purchase

• Must be unopened, unmarked, free of stickers, and not expired

If there is an issue with your order:

• Please contact our office within 60 days of receiving your lenses
