If your order was shipped directly to you:

Lenses can be returned within 365 days of purchase

Must be unopened, unmarked, free of stickers, and not expired

If your order was shipped to our office:

Lenses can be returned within 90 days of purchase

Must be unopened, unmarked, free of stickers, and not expired

If there is an issue with your order:

Please contact our office within 60 days of receiving your lenses
